Over Pant - Khaki Iridescent
Engineered Garments
ENGINEERED GARMENTS Over Pant – Khaki Iridescent: The “Over Pant” is based on the shell pants worn by 20th century American troops in freezing conditions, tuned up for the Engineered Garments lastest collection. It is the M-65 Cold-Dry Arctic White Snow Camouflage Trousers, engineered to replace the M-1951 Arctic Trousers, that serve as the primary inspiration for the Over Pant. Meant to layer over drawers and trouser liners, the original version’s role as the top layer of the set means that it is both lightweight and voluminous enough to cover the lower layers. From an aesthetic standpoint, the lack of side pockets – a sort of unbranded cargo pant – and unique profile from its baggy knee pleats and bloused hem make for a singular look.
Included in Fall24 collection, this ENGINEERED GARMENTS Over Pant – Khaki Iridescent features:
- Oversized fit / wide leg
- Buttoned zip fly closure
- 4 pocket construction
- Drawstring ankles

“Recollections of Light, Present Shadows” – The Fall/Winter 2024 collection from Engineered Garments is a profound journey into the personal and stylistic influences that have shaped designer Daiki Suzuki’s career. To create next season’s wardrobe, the designer began with the style tropes that defined his younger years — “Ivy League, outdoor, preppy, American workwear, vintage and cowboy styles” — and he merged them with the “European casual styles” and classic Japanese design of today. The result is a global melting pot of fashion design. For the very fisrt time at THEROOM, you can take a closer loo to lookbook collection here
