“Recollections of Light, Present Shadows” – The Fall/Winter 2024 collection from Engineered Garments is a profound journey into the personal and stylistic influences that have shaped designer Daiki Suzuki’s career. To create next season’s wardrobe, the designer began with the style tropes that defined his younger years — “Ivy League, outdoor, preppy, American workwear, vintage and cowboy styles” — and he merged them with the “European casual styles” and classic Japanese design of today.
