NANGA Mountain Lodge Down Jacket – Black: A lightweight, high-quality portable down jacket made with goose down. The Mountain Lodge Down Jacket is designed for lightness and warmth, ideal for use in mountain huts and base camps. Its ultra-lightweight design reduces strain on the body while still retaining excellent heat. Furthermore, the wide armholes and three-dimensional cutting and patterning ensure a comfortable fit while ensuring ample arm movement.

The jacket is packable, allowing you to store it in the inner pocket and then store it compactly in the inner pouch. It can be worn as a mid-layer with a shell jacket for outdoor activities like hiking and camping, or as a warm and lightweight outer layer on its own in town. The elasticated cuffs and ribbed hem ensure a comfortable fit and keep warm air inside. A flap is provided behind the front zipper to prevent cold air from entering through the zipper. The front zipper is double-zippered, allowing for temperature regulation and easy access to inner pockets.

Nanga was founded in 1941 by Akira Yokota, taking its name after the Himalayan mountain Nanga Parbat. Ranked the ninth-highest mountain in the world, Nanga Parbat is notoriously hard to climb, earning the ominous nickname “Killer Mountain.” Looking to overcome the toughest challenges under the most extreme conditions, Nanga has produced an expansive range of heavy-duty performance clothing, sleeping bags, and down jackets over the years with a focus on quality control and safety features

Our company was established in 1941 and founded by Akira Yokota. The company name, “NANGA”, originated from the Himalayan mountain “NANGA PARBAT”. The mountain stands at 8,126 meters and is the ninth highest mountain in the world. What separates this mountain from others is that it is notoriously difficult to climb, contributed to numerous deaths, and has the nickname of “Killer Mountain”. Our philosophy behind “NANGA” is to produce a create a product that can overcome challenges under the most drastic conditions. Throughout our history of over 74 years, we have demonstrated extra care and attention to details to produce quality clothing, sleeping bags, and down jackets.

Delivery & return

Buying on approval – We are happy to accept returns from our online shop (exclusions apply*) within 15 days of receipt as long as they are in original resalable condition.

Please send an e-mail to info@theroombarcelona.com informing us about your return within 15 days of item’s arrival. Please keep in mind return shipping fees are assumed by the customer, unless there’s a shipping error (ex. wrong size/ item delivered).

Customers should keep in mind that all items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging to be eligible for refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns on cosmetic products or earrings. For hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns on swimwear and lingerie, unless the hygiene sticker is intact.
THEROOM Barcelona reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the requirements stated above. If the item has been used, you will not get a refund and if the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 20% of the value of the merchandise or 30 EURO. If your refund/exchange is rejected, you will be notified via email.
