TACOMA FUJI RECORDS
A T-shirt label based in Tokyo that was launched in 2008 with the aim of creating “non-existent music merchandise”. Artists and designers from Japan and abroad create artwork including profiles and stories of non-existent musicians. In recent years, the range of activities and products they develop has become more diverse, and in addition to releasing T-shirts, they have collaborated with real musicians, artists, and apparel brands to produce T-shirts for beer bars, working borderlessly between fashion, culture, and “ordinary life”.

The BIGFOOT SURVEY PROJECT – “Patterson-Gimlin Film”, which was filmed in 1967 and has since sparked controversy around the world, captures the only remaining Bigfoot. Jack Ameche, who lives in Tacoma, Washington, cannot forget the impact of the film he saw as a child. “I want to meet Bigfoot at least once.” Influenced by his father, whose hobby was the outdoors, Jack began camping every weekend with his friends in his teens, claiming to be searching for Bigfoot. After graduating from a local university, he worked at an outdoor shop. As a hobby and a profit, he started a brewery in his parents’ garage, and the BIGFOOT IPA that he served there was selected as the best beer of the year, earning Jack a huge fortune. He used his personal wealth to return to his roots and start the BIGFOOT SURVEY PROJECT, with the goal of meeting his long-awaited Bigfoot (not to capture or kill it). The area where Bigfoot is said to live is called the HOUSE OF THE HOLY, and the BIGFOOT SURVEY PROJECT became the name of the outdoor gear provided to project workers.
