About brand

La historia de On comienza en Suiza, cuando 3 amigos se encontraron compartiendo una gran ambición: cambiar el mundo del running. Olivier Bernhard, tres veces campeón del mundo de duatlón y ganador de varios Ironman, se dedicó a buscar una zapatilla que le proporcionara la sensación perfecta al correr. Al hacerlo, se cruzó con un ingeniero suizo de ideas afines, David Allemann, que tenía una idea para un nuevo tipo de zapatilla de correr. Se desarrollaron docenas de prototipos, pero el concepto básico -aterrizaje amortiguado, despegue firme- siguió siendo primordial en todo momento. Fue esta sensación única de correr la que convenció a Caspar Coppetti para que también se subiera a bordo. Delivery & return

Buying on approval – We are happy to accept returns from our online shop (exclusions apply*) within 15 days of receipt as long as they are in original resalable condition.

Please send an e-mail to info@theroombarcelona.com informing us about your return within 15 days of item’s arrival. Please keep in mind return shipping fees are assumed by the customer, unless there’s a shipping error (ex. wrong size/ item delivered).

Customers should keep in mind that all items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging to be eligible for refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns on cosmetic products or earrings. For hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns on swimwear and lingerie, unless the hygiene sticker is intact.
THEROOM Barcelona reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the requirements stated above. If the item has been used, you will not get a refund and if the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 20% of the value of the merchandise or 30 EURO. If your refund/exchange is rejected, you will be notified via email.
