London-based label YMC is back for Fall/Winter 2023 with a collection that is made up of gentle, oversized silhouettes, natural fabrics and rich, optimistic colours. Drawing inspiration from the pre-hippie movement in early ‘60s California, the offering is complete with commuter-ready coats, multicoloured knitwear, beach shirts, wool waistcoats, biker jackets, and more. Outwear serves as a collection mainstay, while naive leaf prints and hippie-inspired embroidery are used to inspire self-care and positivity

About brand

YMC was founded in London in 1995 by Fraser Moss and Jimmy Collins. Since then, the label has established itself as one of the most enduring and influential independent brands to come out of the UK. Taking its name from a quote by the famous industrial designer Raymond Loewy; “You must create your own design style”, YMC is a call to arms; one that influences the very essence of the brand’s identity. Initially inspired by workwear and military clothing, the duo developed the unisex brand around the notion of creating understated and timeless garments. Today, YMC continues to subvert expectations while simultaneously capturing the cultural zeitgeist. Directional yet wearable, each collection is influenced by creative director Moss’s passion for music, literature and the arts, and his enduring post-punk, DIY attitude.

Delivery & return

Buying on approval – We are happy to accept returns from our online shop (exclusions apply*) within 15 days of receipt as long as they are in original resalable condition.

Please send an e-mail to info@theroombarcelona.com informing us about your return within 15 days of item’s arrival. Please keep in mind return shipping fees are assumed by the customer, unless there’s a shipping error (ex. wrong size/ item delivered).

Customers should keep in mind that all items must be unworn, in their original condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging to be eligible for refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns on cosmetic products or earrings. For hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns on swimwear and lingerie, unless the hygiene sticker is intact.
THEROOM Barcelona reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the requirements stated above. If the item has been used, you will not get a refund and if the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 20% of the value of the merchandise or 30 EURO. If your refund/exchange is rejected, you will be notified via email.
