Ten en cuenta que los gastos de envÃo de la devolución corren a cargo del cliente, salvo que se trate de un error en el envÃo (por ejemplo, talla incorrecta o artÃculo equivocado).
- Los clientes deben tener en cuenta que, para poder optar a un reembolso o a un cambio, todos los artÃculos deben estar sin usar, en su estado original, con todas las etiquetas originales puestas y en su embalaje original.
- No aceptamos Devoluciones productos de cosmética ni de pendientes. Por motivos de higiene y seguridad, no aceptamos Devoluciones trajes de baño ni de lencerÃa, a menos que la etiqueta de higiene esté intacta.
- THEROOM se reserva el derecho a rechazar cualquier devolución que no cumpla los requisitos indicados anteriormente. Si el artÃculo ha sido utilizado, no se realizará ningún reembolso; si el paquete está dañado, se aplicará un recargo de al menos el 20 % del valor de la mercancÃa o de 30 euros. Si se rechaza tu solicitud de reembolso o cambio, se te notificará por email.
